I installed FlickStackr on my iPad 3 iOS 9 without any problems. It runs quickly and is much faster to use than the official app. Navigation takes a little getting used to, but all the info like tags and exif are there once you learn where they are. Most importantly for me is that it returns the use of group discussions. That part could have been better organized but its good enough. Oddly, it seems like the photo renderings are displayed better in this app than in the official one. Note: 4 stars for me is pretty high. There are very few perfect apps out there.

The Only Problem With This App Is That All of My Photos Wont Show Up & The Photo Count Is Wrong
Please combine to the regular Flickr app
I love this app! but I always unhappy when I try to open some ad from other apps or webs. The only way they shows to open the regular Flickr. Pls try to combine to this one too.
Something went wrong
The day I downloaded this app it added about a hundred + random pictures to my photo album, explicit photos that I did not appreciate.
Missing Album control features
The app lets you set defaults for uploads but it doesnt work perfectly with autoupload. For example when you set default album it doesnt have any effect. The photos just upload with no album. Also there is no way to change the title or description of albums.

Thank you FlickStackr app. Your features are vast. Your capabilities are enormous. Your ease of use is elegant. You made posting easy and browsing a joy. You motivated and enabled me to continue sharing my images on Flickr. My discovering you at the eleventh hour, two years ago, truly saved me from giving up on Flickr. And thank you iPont for being so responsive to feedback and suggestions.
Mixes up dates
My family has been paying for a flicker account for almost 4 years now, and for the most part I am very grateful to have it as a place to store our photos! However, I HATE that it mixes up the dates of the photos!!! I want to give this app zero stars because thats a HUGE issue!!! My pictures from 2014 are stamped by flicker as being taken and uploaded in 2016, and thats only my recent discoveries!!
